Cesar Vinicio Cervo de Luca is a Brazilian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Chievo Verona. He plays as a defender.
Cesar started his professional club football career at Brazilian giants Fluminense and was part of the first team between 2001 and 2003. He scored 5 goals in 67 league matches and was signed by Chievo Verona in 2003. He was sold to Catania on a joint ownership and played his first Italian Serie A 2006-2007 matches for Catania against Fiorentina in February 2007. He was re-signed by Chievo in the summer of 2007.
