James Richards “Jimmy” Bullard is an English football currently featuring for the English Premier League club Fulham. He plays as a central midfielder.

Jimmy Bullard started his career at little known Gravesend & Northfleet in 1998 and played for them for one season, scoring 7 goals in 30 goals. He was then signed by West Ham United in 1999 for 30,000 pounds but could not make any league appearances and was released by the Hammers to go on a free transfer to Peterborough United. There Bullard resurrected himself and after 11 goals in 66 league fixtures in two seasons, was signed by Wigan Athletic in January 2003 for 275,000 pounds.

Jimmy Bullard almost immediately settled himself in the Wigan Athletic first team and played for them until 2006, securing them promotion to the Premiership in the 2004-2005 season and played in the 2006 League Cup final against Manchester United.

Jimmy Bullard was signed by Fulham in 2006 for 2 million pounds but he has been unable to play regular first team football for the Cottagers.
