Matthew Anthony “Matt” Derbyshire is an English football player who currently features for the English Premier League side Blackburn Rovers. He is a forward.
Matt Derbyshire joined Blackburn Rovers from local club Great Harwood Town in 2003 for a small fee after rejecting a move to Manchester United. He played on loan at Plymouth Argyle and Wrexham from 2004 to 2006 and has since been in the Blackburn senior side. He has played over 50 matches in all competitions for Blackburn.
