Daniel Jarque Gonzalez is a Spanish footballer who currently features for the Spanish football club Espanyol Barcelona. He is a defender.
Daniel Jarque has always been at Espanyol and progressed through the youth academy at Espanyol. He made his debut for the Catalan club in 2002 and quickly established himself as a regular first choice defender.
Daniel Jarque has featured in over 150 league matches for Espanyol since 2002. He won the Copa del Rey with Espanyol in 2006 and is the current vice-captain of the club.
