Ruben Castro Martin is a Spanish footballer who currently features for the Spanish football club Deportivo la Coruna. He is a striker.
Ruben Castro made his debut for La Palmas in 2001 and played 112 league matches for them until the summer of 2004 and was signed by Deportivo la Coruna in a deal that wiped out the 3.6 million euros that Las Palmas had to pay Depor.
Ruben Castro actually was sent on loan on three occasions, first to Albacete, then to Racing Santander and then to Gimnastic de Tarragona. He was recalled to the team for the 2007-2008 season.
