A professional football player who plays as a striker, Carlos Henrique Dias, also known as Kim, plays at the highest level of the professional game. Atletico Mineiro had Kim in its youth academy ranks, where the youngster built up his talent in front of the goal. He made his senior professional debut in 2000, as a 20-year old, and over the next four seasons, would play around 50-odd games, scoring 10 goals, but mostly coming on as a substitute. In 2003, he got an opportunity to move to the middle-east, signing with Al-Ahli club in Saudi Arabia.
For two seasons, he played with Al-Ahli before moving to France with an Arab Champions League title, from 2003, under his belt. Kim had already won the Campeonato Mineiro in 2000, but unlike that tournament, he played a much bigger role in the Arab Champions League.
In 2005, after moving to AS Nancy in France, Kim found a lot more games but his scoring touch wasn’t as good as his play as a support striker. He played over 70 games for the team, scoring 11 times, and winning the 2006 Coupe de la Ligue title. He moved back to the middle-east in 2008, signing up with Al-Arabi and playing 16 games over three seasons, helping them win the Qatar Sheikh Jassem Cup.
In 2011, he returned to Brazil and signed with Vasco da Gama, playing just twice throughout the season before moving to Clube Nautico Capibaribe in 2012.
