Roni Pinto

Ronieri da Silva Pinto, popularly known as Roni, is a professional football player from Brazil who plays as a midfielder. Roni is a tall midfielder with excellent control and technique. He began playing for the youth team at Cuiaba Esporte Clube in 2007. After a couple of years, he moved to Criciuma where he left his mark on the youth team within two seasons.

In 2009, he moved into the first team at Criciuma for a couple of seasons, but failed to make a regular place in the first team. For 2012, Roni decided to try his luck at a different team and he chose Figueirense as the one. Since moving to the club, Roni has struggled for a first team place, but is a regular fixture in the state league team and the reserve side.
