Lacerda de Lima

Lucas de Lacerda Lima Goncalves is a professional Brazilian football player who plays as a midfielder. The six-feet tall player played his entire youth career at Botafogo before breaking into the first team in 2010. A player who favours playing as a defensive cover in the centre of midfield, Lucas was one of the brighter stars of the academy team.

However, a regular playing spot on the first team was rather hard to come by, considering the talented and established players already standing ahead of him in line. Lucas will, in all likelihood, have to play out on loan, to get some regular action before he can head back into the first team and hope for a playing spot.
