Rhayner Santos

Rhayner Santos Nascimento is a professional football player from Brazil who plays as a midfielder. In 2008, Rhayner was playing for the youth academy at Gremio Esportivo Laranjeiras. He spent two seasons at the club but for a major part of that duration, spent his time at the Gremio Prudente club. Eventually, Rhayner moved to Gremio Prudente in 2009 and made the leap into the first team later that year.

Immediately after moving into the first team, Rhayner was sent out on loan to Marilia Atletico Clube. Looking to gain experience from his moves, Rhayner went on another loan move in 2010, this time to Futebol Clube Cascavel. He returned to Gremio Prudente in 2010 and stayed at the club until 2011, making his debut as well as scoring his first couple of goals at the highest level of the game in Brazil.

In 2011, Rhayner would move onto Figueirense where he would only make 12 appearances in the league, throughout the season. After spending about half the season at the club, Rhayner move to Clube Atletico Linense to start another attempt at getting regular playing time.
