Borja Fernandez Fernandez, known simply as Borja, is a Spanish footballer who features for the Spanish club Real Valladolid. He plays as a defensive midfielder.
Borja graduated from the famous youth academy of Real Madrid and made his debut for the senior side in 2003. He made 15 league appearances in his first season at the Santiago Bernabeu and 8 in the 2004-2005 season. He was loaned out to Real Mallorca in the 2005-2006 and was signed in the summer of 2006 by Real Valladolid, then in the Spanish Segunda Division.
