Francesco "Ciccio" Tavano is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Livorno. He plays as a striker and is known for his pace and technique.
Francesco Tavano commenced his professional club football career at Italian side Pisa in 1999 and played for them for the 1999-2000 season. He went onto play for Rondinella, Empoli and Valencia and landed at Livorno in 2007.
