Daniele Bonera

Daniele Bonera is an Italy international footballer who currently features for the Italian and European powerhouse AC Milan. He plays as a centre-back.
Bonera commenced his professional football career at Italian side Brescia in 1999 and in the summer of 2002 in the Italian Serie B after playing 60 matches in all competitions for Brescia, he moved to Parma.
Bonera played for Parma until the end of the 2005-2006 season, making 114 appearances. He was signed by AC Milan in the summer of 2006 for 2.5 million euros and has gradually impressed himself into the Milan starting lineup.
Bonera won Serie A in 2010-11, the Champions League in 2006-07 and the UEFA Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup in 2007.
Bonera made his international debut for Italy way back in September 2001 against Morocco in a friendly when he was still at Brescia. He has been capped 16 times so far.
