Anderson Luiz de Carvalho, popularly known simply as Nene, is a Brazilian football player who currently features for French giants Paris Saint-Germain. He plays as a left-winger and is known for his crosses and free-kicks.
Nene commenced his professional career at Paulista in 1999 and two seasons later moved to Palmeiras, and in 2002 joined Santos.
Europe came calling and Nene moved to Spain to play for Real Mallorca, where he scored just two goals in 29 leagu2 appearances.
After one season at Mallorca, Nene was signed by Alaves, and two years, 21 goals and 78 league appearances later, went on his way to Celta de Vigo.
Following the 2006-07 campaign, Nene was signed by Monaco for whom he played until 2010, including a loan move to Espanyol in 2008-09.
In the summer of 2010, Paris Saint-German signed Nene from Monaco for €5.5 million. The Brazilian quickly established himself for PSG.
