Born on 18 March 1981, Tom Starke is a German football player currently playing for 1899 Hoffenheim as a goalkeeper.
Commencement of Starke’s career began with Stahl Freital in 1988. He then moved to Dynamo Dresden. In his senior career he played for various teams including Bayer Leverkusen, SC Paderborn 07, MSV Duisburg and TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. He has also played with Hamburger SV on loan.
Starke has also come across through an opportunity to represent the National football team of Germany in Under-21 level. He has appeared for 12 times in the club in between 2002-2004.
