Born on 20 March 1985, Sascha Molders is a German Football player playing currently for FC Augsburg.

He commenced his career with Vogelheimer SV Essen and later got transferred to Atletico Essen followed by SG Essen Schönebeck. In 2000 he was a member of squad of Schwarz-Weiß Essen and has been loaned from Schwarz-Weiß Essen for a year to Wacker Bergeborbeck in 2003. In 2006 he left the club to join the reserve team MSV Duisburg II in 2006 where he got noticed for his commendable performance for scoring 39 goals in 49 appearances.

In 2007 he was promoted from reserve team to MSV Duisburg. In 2007 MSV was relegated so Molders left it and moved to Rot-Weiß Essen in 2008. He performed well in this club by scoring 42 goals in 52 appearances. On 28 January 2010 he signed for FSV Frankfurt of the 2. Bundesliga. He scored total of 18 goals, 3 in the second season and fifteen the following season which has earned him a move to FC Augsburg where he managed to score two goals on his Augsburg debut, both were the Bundesliga’s first ever goals.
