Andrew Mutambo Sinkala is a Zambian football midfielder, born on 18 June 1979 in Chingola as a midfielder. He is son of a Moffat Mutambo, who played for Nchanga Rangers and National soccer team as a defender.
He commenced his career with Nchanga Rangers in 1998 and moved to Bayer Munich in 1999. In the same year he was relegated to the reserve team of Bayer Munich II. In 2001, he had joined 1.FC Köln making maximum number of 83 appearances and scoring 4 goals. He moved to SC Paderborn 07 in 2006 and left this team in 2008 to join FC Augsburg.
He was made the captain of Zambia U-20 National football team to the Youth World Cup in Nigeria in the year 1999. Also, he won his first senior cap in the same year in Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
He has also represented the Zambian national Football team at the African Cup of Nations in the years 2000, 2002 and 2006. He was also the winner of DFB-Lingapokal twice, in 1999 and in 2000.
