Born on 9th May 1988 in Frankfurt, West Germany to a German father and a Swiss mother, Timm Klose is a Swiss-German football player, at present playing for 1.FC Nuremberg in the German Bundesliga as a defender.
Timm holds the citizenship of both Germany and Switzerland. At the age of five,Timm along with the family moved to Basel, the hometown of his mother.
He started his initial career at a very early age of seven years in 1995 with BSC Old Boys. He remained with the same team till 2003 and in 2003, he moved to FC Basel. After a year he returned back to BSC Old boys and played till 2007.
Timm commenced his senior career with FC Basel II in 2007 and sticked to the same club for two years, making 3 goals in 47 appearances. In 2009, he moved to FC Thun and made 4 goals and maximum number of 59 appearances till 2011.
Klose also got an opportunity to represent the national team of Switzerland U-21 and Switzerland in 2010 and 2011 respectively.
