Martin Kelly is a young England international football player who currently features for the English and European giants Liverpool. He plays as a defender and can be deployed both at centre-back and at right-back.
Kelly has been with Liverpool since he was seven years of age and developed through the ranks at the club’s youth academy. He made his debut for the first team on December 9, 2008 against PSV in the Champions League.
Kelly joined Huddersfield Town on loan from Liverpool in March 2009 for the remainder of the 2008-09 season. Upon his return to the Anfield outfit, he started playing for the first team from time to time and continued to impress with his skills on the ball and his pace.
Kelly was part of England’s Euro 2012 squad, having been called up to the team following the injury lay-off of defender Gary Cahill.
