Romelu Lukaku is a teenage Belgium international football player who currently features for the English Premier League club West Bromwich Albion on loan from English and European giants Chelsea. He plays as a striker and is rated as one of the most promising in the world.
Lukaku commenced his professional club football at Belgian giants Anderlecht in 2008 and played for them for the next three years, scoring 33 goals in 73 league appearances. He was crucial in his side winning the Belgian Pro League in 2009-10 and the Belgian Supercup in 2010, topscoring in the championship that season.
In August 2011 Anderlecht signed Lukaku from Anderlecht £13 million. He struggled in his first season in the Premier League, and was unable to make a massive impact.
Lukaku was farmed out on loan to West Bromwich Albion for the 2012-13 season.
Lukaku made his international debut for Belgium against Croatia in a friendly international on February 24, 2010 and scored his first two goals for his country against Russia on November 17, 2010.
