Christian Cruz is a professional football player who was born on August 1, 1992 in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Cruz is best known for being a defender for Barcelona Sporting Club.
Cruz started his career as a youth player when he was signed by Barcelona for their youth team. He started training with the youth team in 2004, and persevered until 2010. It was in 2010 that Cruz proved himself to be a quality addition to the team and was soon asked to play in the senior team. So far, Cruz has appeared in two games but has not yet scored a goal.
