Víctor Cáceresimage:Víctor Cáceres |Víctor Cáceres or Víctor Javier Cáceres Centurión is a Paraguayan football midfielder who plays for Libertad team in the Paraguayan Primera Division. At six one, Victor played with many major teams, mainly with Atlántida from 2000 to 2003 and Libertad from 2003 to 2004.

Victor earned his place in Libertad team under the guidance of Gerardo Martino. Due to his excellent skills as a midfielder, he got a chance to represent his country at the 2010 FIFA World Cup. He started his career as a football player at an early age of 18 with Atlántida. After a period of time, he was selected by the Libertad team, when he made his debut under Martino in the 2006 Apertura.

After 18 months, he got promoted to the national side and again he made an excellent mark under the guidance of Albirroja coach. End of the campaign, Victor made 12 appearances, one of which was from the bench, delivering good skills. Subsequently, he became an a crucial member of the midfield in a very short period of time, patrolling his beat effectively and battling hard for any possession at every opportunity.
