Achille Emana Edzimbi is a relatively young Cameroonian international footballer currently playing for the Spanish club Real Betis. He plays as a defensive midfielder, right midfielder, left midfielder and striker.
Achille Emana Edzimbi graduated from the Toulouse youth academy in France although he is from Cameroon. Incidentally he spent one year at Valenia B too very early in his developmental process as a footballer.
He was inducted into the senior side at the French club Toulouse in 2001 and featured in 226 league matches but could score only 28 goals. In the summer of 2008, he was signed by the Andalucian club Real Betis although he was linked with a move to their arch-rivals Sevilla FC.
Achille Emana is a full fledged Cameroonian international and made his international debut in 2003. He featured for his nation at the 2006 and 2008 African Nations’ Cup finals.
