Premiership giants Arsenal have had been forced to sell their players this summer due to a plethora of reasons but it has emerged that they are eager to sign a few too.
More specially, a player named Xabi Alonso, the current Liverpool player. This is indeed a shocking news but then again the British tabloid The Sun that breaks this news specialises in such stories.
According to The Sun, Italian powerhouse Juventus have relinquished their hopes to sign the player from Liverpool this summer and Arsenal have now jumped ship. It quotes a source close to the Spanish international defensive midfielder as saying:
“If the decision was down to Xabi, he would make the move because Arsenal’s style is perfect for him.”
