Kaka: I'm In A Better Place

Real Madrid outcast Kaka says he’s in a better place and happy to help his side win after netting in Saturday’s come-from-behind 2-1 triumph over Deportivo Coruna.

Real Madrid outcast Kaka says he’s in a better place and happy to help his side win after netting in Saturday’s come-from-behind 2-1 triumph over Deportivo Coruna.

Depor went ahead through Riki and held their advantage until the final 15 minutes, before Kaka and Gonzalo Higuain netted late on.

“The team is playing well and things are getting better for me too. In football everything changes quickly and I am happy to help the team win,” Kaka said.

“I am a lot better. What we have around the corner is exciting and it’s the decisive part of the season and if the manager wants me to play I will be there to help in those matches”.

Kaka adde: “In the second half we improved and we won three points that are important for us and for what is to come over the next few weeks.”

Meanwhile, Argentine striker Higuain, who scored the 88th minute winner, maintained his side were chasing honours this term despite their gap in the title race.

“We want to win and we are excited because we know that in a week we are playing to stay in the Copa and Champions,” he said.
