Tottenham’s Europa League hero Moussa Dembele says the side are “buzzing” after their dramatic 1-1 draw with Olympique Lyonnais clinched their place in the last 16.
Spurs will take on Italian giants Inter Milan after clinching a 3-2 aggregate victory over Lyon, with Dembele’s 90th minute goal decisive.
“Everyone is buzzing to continue in this competition, which is why we reacted so fully, so joyfully in the end,” Dembele said.
Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas said he believed his side were well-placed to push for the European crown.
“We just want to recreate a special night everyone remembers at the club,” said Villas-Boas.
“Going through against Inter Milan and Lyon [would] put you in a good place to win the competition.”
