Sports Pundit’s Game of the Weekend Arsenal v Tottenham English Premier League, Saturday 1.45pm (CET)

The North-East London derby is the standout fixture from England this weekend. It’s also the early kickoff so there’s plenty of reasons to get excited about it, with Arsenal in eighth and Spurs marginally above them in seventh. They both need the points so it’ll be on.

Juventus v Lazio Italian Serie A, Saturday 6pm (CET)

Juve have been the team to beat in recent times in Italy but Lazio have been a mighty force also. The Old Lady’s run-breaking loss to Inter a fortnight ago was a setback but they remain top, while Lazio got past city rivals AS Roma 3-2 last week to sit fifth.

Napoli v AC Milan Italian Serie A, Saturday 8.45pm (CET)

Napoli are third and Milan are incredibly way down in 13th as they continue to struggle this term, mounting the pressure on Max Allegri. Another loss could be terminal for him, particularly with Edinson Cavani in hot form.

Real Madrid v Athletic Bilbao Spanish La Liga, Saturday 10pm (CET)

Real have recovered in recent weeks, with four wins on the bounce, to move up to third, eight points behind leaders Barcelona. However, Bilbao are never an easy side to beat, despite sitting down in 12th.

Bordeaux v Olympique Marseille French Ligue 1, Sunday 9pm (CET)

It is sixth versus second in France on Sunday evening, with two recent champions aiming to keep the pressure on leaders Paris Saint-Germain.
