Mourinho Is Now

At Premiership outfits Chelsea, Jose Mourinho was the “Special One” and now at Italian powerhouse Inter Milan he is a “Great Football Manager”.
Mourinho is almost certainly to be appointed as the new Inter Milan coach after Inter president Massimo Moratti decided to do away with Roberto Mancini on Tuesday. Mourinho has been busy suggesting Moratti which players he wants and whom he wants to get rid of.
But what is Jose Mourinho if not a “Mouth” with juicy quotes. The former FC Porto coach is someone who can rarely restrain himself from eulogizing himself and now he has repeated the old trick.
Mourinho told Jornal de Negocios:
“The story of the ‘Special One’ has stuck, and that’s not a bad thing.
“But I am not at all special. I think of myself as a great football manager, that’s all.
“I only have strengths. And when I have a weakness I try to hide it.
“I see myself as a person who is emotionally resilient and capable of adapting to difficult situations, rather than someone who is very intelligent.”
Let us wait and see whether he can win the UEFA Champions League with Inter in the 2008-2009 season. He failed to do so with Chelsea but did win the elite European club competition with Porto in 2004.
