Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan have been reported to launch a massive 32 million euro bid for FC Barcelona striker Samuel Eto’o. Transfer rumours suggest that Inter president Massimo Moratti is eager to land the Cameroonian striker in the blue-and-black half of San Siro this summer.
Inter Milan are actively looking for a world class striker to pair with their Swedish star Zlatan Ibrahimovic next season with both Hernan Crespo and Julio Ricardo Cruz expected to depart from Inter Milan.
It has now emerged that Inter coach Roberto Mancini would like to sign the Cameroonian striker from Barcelona. The Catalan club are set to undergo a massive clean-out in the summer and Inter Milan are ready to wriggle advantage.
Previously it was reported that Premiership outfits Tottenham Hotspur wanted to sign Samuel Eto’o but Spurs can muster only 16.5 million euros and that is about half of what Inter Milan have on offer for the player.
