Premier League cashbag Manchester City are reportedly preparing mega bids for four of the best footballers in Europe in the summer of 2009.
According to The Times, Manchester City are planning to launch huge bids for four of Europe’s best players. The Eastlanders are reportedly eager to sign the rejuvenated Thierry Henry from Catalan giants FC Barcelona as well as Franck Ribery from German powerhouse Bayern Munich.
City are also eager to land John Terry from Chelsea as well as Roque Santa Cruz from Blackburn Rovers.
But it must be said that Santa Cruz is the only player among the above mentioned four whom Manchester City can sign. Henry is enjoying his best spell in Spain at the moment and is a regular starter, Ribery has options to move to Barcelona or Real Madrid and Terr has vowed his entire career to Chelsea.
