Kevin Troy Faulk is a running back for the New England Patriots of the NFL. He was drafted out of Louisiana State in 1999 during the second-round as the 46th pick overall. He still holds nine separate LSU offensive records. He has played with New England since 1999 and has been a member of all three of their Super Bowl Championship teams.

In his nine years with the Patriots, Faulk has rushed for 2,663 yards and 11 touchdowns. He's also caught 323 passes for 2,818 yards and 11 more touchdowns. Faulks' versatility makes him a good match for New England, which likes to use players in a variety of ways, creating a range of looks to confuse opponents.

Faulk has become New England's third down man, return specialist and receiver out of the backfield. He runs with quickness but is not exceptionally fast. His pass routes are clean, and he is able to find the open crease between defenders. He has sure hands, making him a reliable receiver and return man. Faulk runs well in the open field, possessing fine field vision and quick cutting ability. Although limited by size, at five eight and 202 pounds, the back is a willing and skilled blocker.
