Payne, at six-foot-two and 205 pounds, is the right size for a NFL receiver. He’s a fine athlete with solid route running chops, sure hands and a fine leap. His speed is better than average but not elite. He’s an able and willing blocker with an excellent work ethic. He appears to be a durable player.
