The winless Detroit Lions are the worst club in the National Football League. 
The formerly retired Daunte Culpepper is now the starting signal caller for the team. In five games this season, he’s tossed five touchdown passes and seven interceptions. His QB rating stands at 63.9, and he’s completed 52.2-percent of his passes.
Second-string quarterback Drew Stanton has played in very few games this season, which is his rookie year. In two contests, Stanton has gone 8-of-14 (57.1%) for one TD and no INTs. The inexperienced quarterback has a rating of 105.4.
Third-string QB Dan Orlovsky has played in seven games this season, completing 88-of-156 throws (56.4%) for five touchdowns and four interceptions. He’s thrown for 1,033 yards and has garnered a rating of 74.2. Orlovsky is unable to play due to injury.
Culpepper, who had an MRI on his shoulder, is questionable this week, Orlovsky is trying to come back from two fractures and a torn ligament in his right thumb and Stanton, who has not played since he suffered a concussion on November 23, is looking to get back into the game.
With so little stability at the field general spot, it’s little wonder that the Lions have no bite in their game this season.
