Alexander James Blake is an emerging talent in the world of professional cricket, proudly representing England as a skilled batsman. Born on 25 January 1989 in Farnborough, he currently plays for the Kent County Cricket Club, where he has made a name for himself in the competitive landscape of English cricket.
Blake's cricketing journey began at the Kent Academy, where he honed his skills before making his debut in one-day cricket against Surrey in 2007. In that match, he batted at number nine, accumulating an impressive 11 runs in a total of 159. His potential was quickly recognized, leading to selection for the England Under-19 team, where he showcased his abilities in four One Day Internationals (ODIs).
