Harmeet Singh

Harmeet Singh Bansal is a right arm medium bowler who was born in Rajasthan in 1987. He had played for two List A matches in 2009 post which he was selected to play for the Deccan Chargers in IPL.

His right arm medium pace bowling is amazing and he had excellent figures after his second season in IPL. He took 10 wickets in 7 matches with an economy rate of 7.40. He himself is completely aware of his weaknesses, as his bowling was a crucial factor in the semi finals and the finals.

In the two matches, he took 7 overs and went for 31 runs, thus getting him 4 wickets was amazing. A running catch from Singh proved to be the decisive turning point in the finals when his team won.

In 2009 and 2010 season of IPL, Singh was picked by the Deccan Chargers. In 2010, he won the match of the man award in a match against Bangalore Royal Challengers. He eventually bowled a decisive penultimate over which led to his side's victory.
