Mohammad Irfan Ismail is a Pakistan cricket player born in Quetta in Baluchistan. This left hand batsman and slow left arm player was born in 1988.

With batting and fielding position, he played 2 first class matches with 4 innings and 24 runs.He played in 4 list A matches with 3 innings and 1 run.

His List A debut was against Peshawar Panthers at Peshawar in 2008. Further, he played his first class debut at Karachi in 2008, against the Karachi Blues team of Pakistan. His last List A match was with the Islamabad Leopards at Islamabad in 2008.
