Jeremy Paul Bray is a left-hand top order batsman representing the side of Ireland in international cricket.

Bray was born in Australia and represented New South Wales and Australia Under-19s. He was named Player of the Tournament in the 1992-93 Australian Under-19 Cricket Championships in Brisbane. He also played grade cricket in Sydney for the St. George Cricket Club and was popular for his aggressive batting.

Later he moved to Ireland to pursue further cricket career and debuted in the national team of Ireland in the C&G Trophy. He played one match against Berkshire. He also played in the European Championships in 2004, 2006 and the 2005 ICC Trophy.

He featured against Canada in the final of the 2006 ICC Intercontinental Cup with a stunning display of 146 runs, while in 2007 he achieved the distinction of being the first ever Irish cricketer to score an ODI century when he scored 116 off 136 against Scotland.

Bray debuted in West Indies in the 2007 World Cup and scored 115 off 137 balls against Zimbabwe. The match was tied but Bray was honored with man of the match title for his performance.

Career Highlights

Bray holds the highest ever first-class score of 190 by an Irishman against the UAE in the 2005 Intercontinental Cup, a feat only achieved by one other batsman.
