Selmar debuted when Ireland Women and West Indies Women clashed against each other at Dublin on 24th June 2008. She took 2 wickets and conceded 19 runs in the 7 overs that she bowled.

On 27th June 2008, she debuted in Twenty20 International at Dublin (Rush Cricket Club Ground) against Ireland Women. In this match also, she did not bat. She got the opportunity to bowl 2 overs in which 7 runs were scored, but she failed to take a wicket. She took 1 catch. West Indies Women were triumphant in this match by 75 runs.
