Gillian McConway was a slow left arm orthodox bowler who played for England Women cricket team. The other teams she has played for are Wellington Women, Otago Women and East Anglia Women.

Gillian McConway played her first One day International on 12th January 1982 at Auckland (Eden Park No 2). This was a match between New Zealand Women and International XI Women.
