Yuzvendra Singh Chahal is a professional Indian cricket player born in 1990 in Jind, Haryana. This right handed batsman and legbreak googly was selected by the team of Mumbai Indians IPL 2011 and has been retained this year by the same team to play IPL 5 season.
Chahal made his first class debut in 2009 at Indore against the Madhya Pradesh cricket team. His List A debut was in 2010 at Rohtak against the Punjab team. In 2009, he had made his Twenty20 debut against the Punjab team held in Delhi.
Of the 11 first class matches that he played, Yuzvendra made 16 innings, scoring 114 runs at an average of 8.14. His strike rate accumulated to 37.25. With right to List A matches, he played in 11 matches, scoring 35 runs of 7 innings with an average rate of 11.66. His strike rate accumulated to 102.94.
