Gordon James Muchallimage:Gordon Muchall |Gordon Muchall was born in 1982 in Newcastle in England and stands six feet tall. This all rounder played for Durham cricket team for the entire period of his life. He is a right arm medium pacer and also a right hand batsman having amazing skills. Nicknamed as ‘Much’, he studied in Durham School.

In 2002-03, Muchall was a member of the two of the England’s under 19 team tours. He was the first player to be selected in the England Academy that was on a tour to Australia under the captaincy of Rod Marsh in 2002-03.

It was in 2002 when Gordon made his first class cricket debut for the Durham cricket team against Middlesex cricket team. This was the precise year when the first team players were injured and the selectors had to opt for other players. Other than Durham team, Gordon also played for the England cricket team under 19’s and was an active member of the first England Academy squad.
