The Match: The 46th game of the Indian Premier League will be played between the Delhi Daredevils and the Deccan Chargers at the Rajiv Gandhi stadium in Hyderabad. The two teams have generally struggled in the competition and the team losing this one will be knocked out of the competition.
How the two teams match up:
The Deccan Chargers continue to flounder with their batting, having failed to chase down two scores of 165 and over in the last two games. That has meant that they are now struggling with six points from nine games and are in trouble. Delhi are no better. They have the exact number of points from the nine games and for them, the bowling and the over-dependence on the openers is a huge problem. The team losing this game, will be left with no chance of making it to the playoffs. 
Ground Conditions: The game will be a home match for the Chargers and one can expect it to slow down a little given the number of game that have been played here recently. Overall, a good cricket wicket.
The Teams: The Deccan Chargers have lost their way so badly in the middle of the innings that Cameron White will need to take a fall for that. This will mean that there is a good chance that JP Duminy could get a chance to come back into the side but what will be interesting to see is if the side can change things around by getting in someone like Michael Lumb into the playing eleven.
The bowling should remain the same, but there is a clear need for the side to open with Dale Steyn and someone more full-time than Daniel Christian.
On the other hand, the Daredevils did a decent job with the bat in the previous couple of games but the bowling has let them down a little. The overbearing feeling is that there is too much dependence on Sehwag and Warner and if Steyn can prise them out early, things may not look too good for the side.
Players to look out for: Delhi will look to get Roelof van der Merwe another game, given his performance in the previous game, whereas the Chargers will need their captain Kumar Sangakkara to score the runs required.
Prediction: The Delhi Daredevils will be slightly favourites to win this one.
