The first T20I between India and Zimbabwe of the two match series will be played at Harare on Saturday. The Indians lost both their ODIs to Zimbabwe in the tri-series preceding this and were dumped by the wayside because of that, and will look to extract sweet revenge.
How they will do it, will be what makes the contest exciting, given that the squad remains the same for the tourists, which means that they will need to strategise totally differently. 
Fortunately for the Indians, there will not be their usual nemesis, the short ball from the fast bowlers, in the opposition side to test them as they were in the World T20. Instead, it will be the spinners who will pose a huge question mark and that will be a tester for the Indians, despite being known to be the best players of spin bowling in the world.
The batting line-up should resemble the one that had played in their last league game against Sri Lanka, and though they lost that match, they had fought rather well. It must also be remembered that the side fielding first were also the winners in all the games of the tournament and that means that the ODIs may not serve as the right indicators for how the things will pan out.
Zimbabwe, on the other hand, may not be favourites according to the bookies, in this game, but will come hard at the Indians. There will be a barrage of spinners starting from the word go, and that will ensure that the Indians will need to come out all guns blazing.
Luckily, with the game to start four hours after what the ODIs would begin, the pitch would have flattened by then to make it an even contest for both the side. Hence, the toss will not prove as vital as it did in the ODIs.
