The Shell Shield was played from the 2000-01 season to the 2006-07 season. Barbados won it three times, Jamaica was the winner two times and Trinidad and Tobago won it twice.

South Africa tours

The South Africa team toured once in 2000-01 and again in 2004-05. During the 2000-01 tour, 5 Test matches were played and South Africa won the series by a score of 2-1. It won the Tests at Queen’s Park Oval and Antigua Recreation Ground. West Indies won the Test at Sabina Park and 2 Tests were drawn. During the 2004-05 tour, 4 Tests matches were played and South Africa won the series by a score of 2-0. It won the Tests at Queen’s Park Oval and Kensington Oval, while 2 Tests were drawn.

India tours

The India team toured in 2001-02 and in 2006. 5 Test matches were played in the 2001-02 tour and West Indies won the series by a score of 2-1. It won the Tests at Kensington Oval and Sabina Park. India won the Test at Queen’s Park Oval and 2 Tests were drawn. 4 Test matches were played in the 2006 tour and India won the series by a score of 1-0. The match at Sabina Park was won by India and the 3 Tests were drawn.

New Zealand tour

When New Zealand toured the West Indies in 2002, 2 Test matches were played. New Zealand won the first Test match at Kensington Oval and the series by a score of 1-0. The second Test match at Queen’s Park was drawn.

Australia tour

Australia toured the West Indies in 2002-03 and played four Test matches. This series was won by Australia by a score of 3-1. The Tests at Bourda, Queen’s Park Oval and Kensington Oval were won by Australia, while the Test at Antigua Recreation Ground was won by West Indies.

Sri Lanka tour

2 Test matches were played when Sri Lanka toured the West Indies in 2003. The first Test match at Beausejour Stadium was drawn. The second Test match at Sabina Park was won by the West Indies and thus West Indies won the series by a score of 1-0.

England tour

In 2003-04, England played 4 Test matches on the West Indies tour. The first Three Test matches, played at Sabina Park, Queen’s Park Oval and Kensington Oval, in that order, were won by England. The fourth Test match at Antigua Recreation Ground was drawn and hence England won the series by a score of 3-0.

Bangladesh tour

The first Test match against Bangladesh was drawn. The second at Sabina Park was won by the West Indies. Thus, the West Indies won the series 1-0.

Pakistan tour

When Pakistan toured the West Indies in 2004-05, the two match Test series was drawn. West Indies won the first match at Kensington Oval, while Pakistan won the second match at Sabina Park.
