Selma Yagci

Selma Yagci is a female boxer who comes from Turkey.

Yagci is a member of a club in Denizli, Turkey, and has represented Turkey in various times to the World Championships, where she won a bronze medal during the very first World Women's Boxing Championship that was held in Scranton, Pennsylvania, United States in the light heavyweight division.

The next medal that Yagci acquired was a silver medal during the 3rd World Women's Boxing Championship which was held in Podolsk, Russia, on September 25 to October 2 of 2005. A year before that, however, Yagci fought at the Women Boxing World Cup and the European Boxing Championships in the 80 kilogram weight class.

Her third and latest medal acquired was during the 5th AIBA Women's World Boxing Championship that was held in November of 2008 in Ningbo City, China. During the said tournament, Yagci managed to win the bronze medal in her division.
