Elroy David Rojas Leandro was a Venezuelan professional boxer who was born on March 25, 1967 in Caracas, Venezuela. His highest achievement as a pro boxer was in the world Featherweight division.

He turned professional in 1986. Then by December 14, 1993, he became the World Boxing Association’s Featherweight Champion defeating Yong-Kyun Park of Korea. He successfully defended the title six times. Unfortunately, by May 18, 1996, he lost the title to Wilfredo Vazquez of Puerto Rico by a technical knockout.

He decided to retire from boxing after he was defeated by Herman Ngoudjo from the Republic of Cameroon on February 26, 2005.

Other titles held by Rojas were the World Boxing Association Fedelatin Featherweight title, as well as the Featherweight Champion of Venezula. And within his pro boxing career, he defeated boxers such as Carlos Ariel Uribe, Luis Enrique Mendoza, Seiji Asakawa, Samart Payakaroon, Nobutoshi Hiranaka, Miquel Arrozal and Ramon Arellano Jr.
