Nenad Zimonjić is a Serbian tennis player who turned professional in 1995. He was born on June 4, 1976 in Belgrade, Serbia. He is currently the World’s No. 4 tennis player in the doubles category.
He is married to Mina Knežević and is a father of twins, Leon and Luna who were born on December 4, 2008.

In the doubles category, Zimonjić partnered with Julian Knowle in the 2004 Wimbledon tournament but was defeated by Jonas Björkman and Todd Woodbridge in the finals. In that same year, he partnered with Elena Bovina in the Mixed Doubles category in the Australian Open and won the title over Martina Navratilova and Leander Paes.
In 2005, he and Katarina Srebotnik participated in the U.S. Open but were defeated in the finals by Daniela Hantuchová and Mahesh Bhupathi. In 2006, Zimonjić and Srebotnik became the French Open winners, defeating Elena Likhovtseva and Daniel Nestor. In the following year, 2007, the duo failed to defend their title against Nathalie Dechy and Andy Ram.
By 2008, Zimonjić won the Wimbledon finals together with partner Daniel Nestor beating Jonas Björkman and Kevin Ullyett. In that same year, he and partner Sun Tiantian won the Australian Open defeating Sania Mirza and Mahesh Bhupathi from Indian. In the following year, 2009, the duo defended their title and defeated the Bob and Mike Bryan from the United States.
Zimonjić has been recognized and one of the best players in the double category, but he also made a mark on the singles category when he defeated Andre Agassi in St Pölten in 2004.Zimonjić won the World Team Cup in 2009 as a member of the Serbian Team. He won both the mixed doubles and doubles at Roland Garros this year.
