Harmony Tan is a professional tennis player, who is currently ranked as WTA World Number 107 as of January 2022. She is mostly seen on the ITF CIrcuit, where she won 8 singles titles and 1 double title. Tan was born in Paris, France, but she is of Chinese-Cambodian descent. At four years old, she started playing tennis alongside her brother. Apart from tennis, she loves to play piano and surfing, where she is joined by her coach, Nathalia Tauziat.
Professional Career
Tan debuted during the 2017 French Open, where she was granted a wildcard entry alongside Audrey Albie. However, they lost during the first round to Pauline Parmentier and Yanina Wickmayer. She also joined the 2018 US Open, where she was a single player. She also entered as a wildcard player but lost to Eugenie Bouchard in the first round.
She also participated in the WTA 125 and won against Katharina Gerlach and Sachia Vickery before losing to Taylor Townsend. In 2019, she entered as a wildcard in Strasbourg Open but eventually got lost to Zheng Saisai.
