Things have been going out so great with young tennis superstar Emma Raducanu, as she stole the media attention since her win at the US Open. Many fans are also curious about her upcoming plans in 2022, so Raducanu can’t help but give them a hint.
Her recent activity is when she played an exhibition match against the World Number 85 Elena Gabriela Ruse in the Royal Albert Hall. During the match, Raducanu won in straight sets. After the match, she gave her fans some things she might be doing in 2022.
She mentioned in an interview that she will be starting her practices for the pre-season on Tuesday, and she is currently working hard on her fitness. She was also trying to improve her sprint. By next week, she will be heading out to the Middle East for the World Tennis Championship, and then, she’ll be flying to Australia on the 17th.
Raducanu made a massive jump after the US Open, as she is ranked in the World Number 19 now. Since then, pressure and great expectation have been flocking around her, but it’s a good thing that Raducanu doesn’t want to rush everything since it’s her first year on tour.
The 19-year-old Briton is currently taking a break from tennis before the pre-season starts. After the World Tennis Championships, she will be joining the prestigious Australia Open for the first time.
Raducanu, whose life was changed after the US Open, remained to be a humble player under Torben Beltz’s coachmanship.
