A phenomenal and potential tennis player Carlos Alcaraz just turned 18 on May 5, and this day was full of eventful surprises as he competed against Rafael Nadal inside the Manuel Santana Stadium. Although Alcaraz had lost the match, still this is considered more encouraging rather than demoralizing, as he played against one of the best tennis players of all time.

Alcaraz noted that playing and learning from Nadal is something that he enjoyed so much, and eventually, this will make him grow as a player. It was a pretty great idea to spend his birthday like this.

Nadal also replied in agreement and wished the young tennis player all the best, as the Spanish need a player just like him. Nadal is also notable for being coached by another legendary Spanish tennis player, Carlos Moya.

Of course, before Nadal became legendary in this field and became the national pride, he endured hardship to conquer all the other great tennis players.

To credit Alcaraz’s efforts to compete, he is proficient enough to push Nadal into the corner that led him to win the first game, and on the second game came a competitive rally between the players.

Nadal also added that Alcaraz already had possessed a lot of ingredients to become a great tennis player someday, yet the journey to becoming one is not going to be easy. He has to face big opponents to reach greatness. In general, nothing in this life is easy.
