Al Sadd SC is a Qatari football club based in Doha who plays in the Qatari Stars League.

History

Al Sadd was founded in 1969 by his excellency Ali Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah. The club is the most successful in Qatari league history, with 16 league titles.

Al Sadd are also two-time AFC Champions League winners, from 1988-89 and 2011.
